Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to avoid scheduling
conflicts.
Communication Management
Serve as a point of contact between the executive and others,
including employees, clients, and external partners.
Draft, proofread, and manage emails, reports, and correspondence.
Travel Coordination/ Administrative Support
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Meeting Support
Organize meeting agendas and materials.
Take notes or minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Project Management
Assist in planning and coordinating special projects or initiatives.
Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are met.
Office Management
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general office operations as
needed.
