Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the shop.
- Take detailed notes of client needs regarding their vehicles.
- Input client information and vehicle details accurately into the system.
- Administrative Duties:
- Handle all paperwork related to the body shop, including estimates, repair orders, and documentation.
- Manage insurance claims and follow-ups with insurance companies to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain and organize shop records and files.
- Content Creation:
- Create and manage social media content to promote the shop's services and showcase completed projects.
- Coordination:
- Communicate with technicians regarding client needs and ensure accurate information flow.
- Schedule appointments and provide updates to clients on the status of their vehicles.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in an auto body shop is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes is an asset.
- Creativity and experience with social media platforms for content creation.
