Responsibilities:
● Assisting the sales department with admin tasks: drafting and sending emails, seeking
out potential opportunities on various job boards and websites, and helping manage and
organize the sales pipeline by creating notes and documenting updates on leads.
● Job Application Management: Manage applications on platforms like Indeed and
Wellfound, focusing on development and design roles. This includes tailoring cover
letters, refining resumes, and ensuring alignment with job specifications.
● Email Communication: Craft and send professional email scripts, ensuring clear and
effective communication with potential employers and clients.
● Portfolio Management: Regularly update and share digital portfolios, showcasing skills
and accomplishments in development and design.
● Government funding and wage subsidy support: Conduct research on potential funding
opportunities, coordinate with accounts and operations to ensure paperwork is filled out
and filed within the deadlines, take notes and update documentation on all funding
activities. Research new grant and loan opportunities to ensure our eligibility.
● Event Coordination: support the HR and Operations department by helping to organize
and oversee events for the team, ensuring seamless execution from planning to
completion.
● Relaying messages and Team Coordination: Efficiently relay and manage messages for
the design and development teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication with
our partners. Coordinate with external partners on behalf of the team leads ensuring
deliverables are met and spelling and grammar are correct.

● Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries/requests based on their
respective priorities
● Initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision
● Strong computer skills ( MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Google Suite)

● Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to write various letters, memos etc.
for internal and external clients of all levels, proofread and edit presentations and have
the ability to clearly articulate and clarify requests.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients of all levels in a
confident, courteous and professional manner.
