Position Overview
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic and tactical execution of
marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
This position requires a blend of leadership, analytical, and creative skills to enhance brand
visibility, generate leads, and foster customer engagement across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize quarterly and annual marketing plans, ensuring all activities
align with business objectives and are executed on schedule.
Execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, SEO/SEM content, and event channels to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue growth.
Implement brand development initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and reinforce brand identity.
Develop competitor analysis frameworks to stay updated on customer needs and
competitor activities, incorporating insights into tactical marketing activities.
Execute digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email marketing,
and digital campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, and Google, to enhance engagement and conversion.
Optimize SEO tactics, such as keyword research and content adjustments, to improve
search rankings and drive web traffic, focusing on the practical implementation of SEO
strategies.
Manage social media presence by overseeing and enhancing social channels, ensuring
alignment with brand messaging and leveraging social analytics for engagement
strategies.
Experiment with emerging digital channels to identify opportunities for reaching new customer segments and enhancing brand engagement.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet business objectives, continually optimizing based on performance data.
Develop content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends to ensure timely and relevant content across all channels.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and promotional content, organizing webinars, presentations, and digital content to engage target audiences.
Analyze campaign performance data, including conversion rates and web traffic, to inform immediate adjustments and improve future campaign effectiveness.
Oversee day-to-day budget tracking, ensuring cost-effective spending and
implementing tracking mechanisms to monitor and report on marketing expenses.
Closely monitoring team progress and performance against established goals and deadlines, ensuring adherence to brand standards and strategic objectives.
Apply a customer-centric approach to all marketing efforts, ensuring that messaging and strategies are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of the target audience.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 5-7 years of marketing
experience.
Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and team leadership.
Expertise in marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems (e.g., GoogleAnalytics, HubSpot).
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer-facing industries preferred.
Ability to execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, digital marketing platforms (Amazon, Google, Facebook), and website optimization.
