Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of Flex Point Security. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Develop and maintain an effective organizational chart to improve communication and efficiency.
- Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and services in a cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with HR and accounting departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Manage office facilities, including supply orders, maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with phone calls and handle calls with professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Experience with bookkeeping considered an asset.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Stripe considered an asset.
