Seeking a technical Marketing Delivery Specialist to join our data-driven marketing team for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. You will implement and execute customer engagement strategies by creating personalized multi-channel campaigns.
This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week in our office.
Marketing Delivery Specialist, you will:
- Develop journeys. You will implement end-to-end customer journey workflows in SFMC, focusing on email and push notifications. You will use CDP or SFMC's segmentation capabilities to identify target audiences based on various criteria, such as demographics, behaviour, preferences, and engagement history. You will develop strategies for different customer segments, tailor journeys to meet specific marketing objectives, and personalize messaging to maximize engagement.
- Execute campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing channel strategists, designers, and data analysts, to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging.
- Implement automated and triggered campaigns. You will use SFMC automation tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio to streamline campaign execution and enhance member experiences. You will set up and test the delivery of timely and personalized email communications based on customer actions and predefined triggers.
- Optimize. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. You will leverage data insights to identify areas for optimization and enhancement within channel journeys. You will conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
You bring:
- The experience. You have an understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, multi-channel marketing strategies, and utilizing data-driven insights and segmentation to develop personalized marketing campaigns.
- The technical skills. You have experience using a CRM to build email campaigns. Ideally, you have exposure to using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You have experience with HTML. Familiarity with SQL and a scripting language would be a bonus. You are comfortable learning and using new tools.
- The drive. You have a growth mindset and a results-oriented approach. You can balance priorities, change direction based on shifting needs, and simultaneously manage multiple campaigns and deliverables.
- The interpersonal skills. You have professional written and verbal communication skills. You can build trust, influence decisions, and work closely across teams and with stakeholders. You are highly collaborative, with a deep appreciation for diverse ideas and approaches.
